Our Mission: The Friends of the Del Webb Library at Indian Land is a non-profit, non-political, volunteer service organization formed to promote and support the literary, educational, and community roles of the Library.

As a branch of the Lancaster County Library, with limited funds, increasing costs and the desire to expand its services, the Del Webb Library at Indian Land needs community support.        Join us!  The Friends of the  Library need you.

Donate when you shop on Amazon by designating the Friends of the Del Webb Library as your AmazonSmile charity.
Del Webb Library is accepting book donations for the Used Book Room.
You may donate 2 boxes of clean, in good condition books in the designated donation box.  DO NOT leave bags or boxes outside of library business hours.

We CANNOT accept soiled books, we cannot accept mildewed books or books with odors.
Please understand and do not donate books that have been in a garage or attic.

We hope you have visited the reopened Del Webb Library.  As you enter the new lobby, go to the left hallway to find the book donation box, then continue to the enlarged and improved meeting rooms!

The library is colorful and lots of improvements!  If you reserved a book just find yours on the first shelf inside the second set of doors, in patron name order.  Quick, easy.  Then go to check out.

The Used Book Room will soon have new paint and flooring paid for by The Friends!
