Our Mission: The Friends of the Del Webb Library at Indian Land is a non-profit, non-political, volunteer service organization formed to promote and support the literary, educational, and community roles of the Library.
As a branch of the Lancaster County Library, with limited funds, increasing costs and the desire to expand its services, the Del Webb Library at Indian Land needs community support. Join us! The Friends of the Library need you.

A Donation Story
A beautifully framed painting, depicting the beauty of the Landsford Canal State Park, was donated in honor and memory of Kathy Churilla (former Friends' Treasurer) by her husband, Tom. The artist, Marcia Pyner (Illustrations and Fine Art), collaborated with Tom to create the perfect memorial gift for our library. Prints are available for sale at the library.
The painting dedication was great. 35 people attended and Marcia gave a lovely talk about the painting. Marcia and Tom are pictured below. Come visit the library for a closer look and notice on the right side, the sweet couple on the bench. How perfect!
